Energy Balls the Yumi way

Summer is here and fortunately, we're still allowed to enjoy the outdoors despite the pandemic. Wether you're a fan of camping, hiking or climbing, it always comes in handy to have an energizing snack to fuel your body during exercise. That is exactly why we are bringing you these 3 energy balls recipes featuring our delicious overnight oats!

Matcha & Lemon Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 2 packetsYumi matcha-green apple overnight oats
  • 1\2 cup Medjool dates (soak in boiling water to soften if needed)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1\2 lemon (juice + zest)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional, gives a stronger flavour and texture!)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
Recipe
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined (but not overly processed)
  2. By hand, roll into about 10 balls
  3. Optional : roll the balls in coconut or matcha powder
  4. Pop in the fridge or eat right away! (Can keep fresh for up to one week)

Dark Choco Energy Balls

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined (but not overly processed)
  2. By hand, roll into about 6 balls
  3. Optional : top the balls with nut butter
  4. Pop in the fridge or eat right away! (Can keep fresh for up to one week)boules énergie choco noir

Blueberry & Hazelnut energy balls

Ingredients
  • 2 packetsYumi blueberry-vanilla overnight oats
  • 1\2 cup hazelnut
  • 1\4 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1\2 cup nut butter (we recommend hazelnut butter but any type will do!)
  • 1\3 cup maple syrup
Recipe
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined (but not overly processed)
  2. By hand, roll into about 12 balls
  3. Optional : top the balls with hazelnuts
  4. Pop in the fridge or eat right away! (Can keep fresh for up to one week)
